You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with both existing and potential customers, proactively identify, qualify, and follow up on new business leads, manage enquiries from lead creation through to order confirmation and contribute to both personal and team sales targets.

You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents as well as maintaining clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records.

You will ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home through efficient management of staff rotas.

You will need a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior‐level management role within a registered care service. Other key attributes are: Strong working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2009, CQC Registration Regulations 2009 and Care Act 2014/2015.
