You will train as an apprentice, aiming to achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship to work within the site administration team. The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.

You will work closely with in-house and external legal teams to support the resolution of disrepair cases.

You will be expected to manage your own caseload effectively, prioritise work independently, and communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. These include residents, contractors, legal representatives, and local authorities.

You will be working towards a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. AAT or equivalent) and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

You will experience hands on learning with our IT platforms out in the field.

You will be supported and coached by our champions in the field to embed your learning, build your confidence and you will have access to our digital platform that will support you day to day!
