You will play a central part in driving revenue, improving user experience, and ensuring that each market receives tailored content, product availability, and thoughtful localisation.

You will manage website operations, coordinate campaign execution, maintain stock oversight, and guide the development of promotional and merchandising plans.

You will be responsible for the preparation, activation, optimisation, and performance analysis for your allocated accounts, as well as helping to identify best practice ways of working for the team.

You will need to deliver regular reports and actionable insight to both clients and internal stakeholders, showing campaign results, and offering suggestions for continued improvement.

You will need a strong digital background, a good understanding of data, excellent account management skills (well-organised, upbeat, positive attitude, and ability to communicate well at all levels). Most importantly, you will be joining a growing team and helping to supercharge VCCP's Loyalty & CRM credentials.
