You will provide a professional IT support service to the whole firm with end-to-end management of software and hardware incidents and service requests. Tasks will be allocated on a defined roster with duties such as phone support, IT support via remote access, email support, floor walking and project support tasks as required.

You will integrate within an existing team and be fully supported throughout the programme with an allocated Mentor, Buddy, Manager and Graduate Programme SPOCs.

You will complete a Graduate Portfolio that will capture your personal development plan and objective setting and will be used as a tool for reflection to celebrate progress and success.

You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.

You will need a UK passport or ILR. A newly created position has opened in Glasgow with our financial services client, working in a small specialist team environment, hybrid 2 days per week in the office, 3 at home.

You will ensure timely and accurate operational processes while driving innovation in the digital landscape. You will play a crucial role in technical design and development, managing system integrations, databases, and infrastructure to ensure seamless back‐end functionality.
