You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Claims, IT, and other business units to develop and execute a clear digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives are successfully delivered and embedded across the function.

You will also monitor and measure performance, ensuring all initiatives meet governance, regulatory, and business requirements.

You will lead discovery activity into how automation, AI and digital platforms can improve frontline services, developing robust business cases and working closely with operational teams, ICT, Digital and Business Change colleagues to co-design practical solutions. Key Responsibilities
