You will identify, design and deliver training courses based within our Training Academy, whilst additionally offer guidance on technical and certification matters. You will work with a complex case load to plan, organise and undertake ILF award assessments and reviews, always keeping a clear focus on independent living outcomes.

You will work in close partnership with ILF recipients and their families or carers, navigating challenging and complex support arrangements and financial matters with sensitivity and professionalism.

You will be required to work 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
