You will have experience of, and a genuine passion for, working with learning disabled children aged 0 to 17 who may display behaviour that challenges.

You will ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to achieve their academic and personal potential.

You will have demonstrable experience of case management and multi-agency collaboration, as well as being highly organised with excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for delivering specialist support to patients in community-based or residential settings, helping them maintain independence and improving their quality of life. Role: Mental Health HCA's and Support Workers Location: Various care packages across the Nottinghamshire area
