You will be responsible for the management of a social work team focused on disabled children, ensuring high-quality services and promoting partnership working across various stakeholders. This role involves strategic development and coordination of education, health, and care plans, supporting families and enhancing outcomes for disabled young people and their families.

You will engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships, working within to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.
