You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs.

You will have the opportunity to support individuals with the wide range of activities that they enjoy, including going to discos, swimming and going to the cinema. As well as providing direct care and support, you will have the opportunity to act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions.

You will work within the legislation of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act to deliver personalised assessments, support planning and reviews to achieve holistic outcomes. You will work 37 hours a week Monday to Sunday on rota basis with the expectation of completing sleep in duties, supporting the children and young people in within the service.

You will also benefit from 20% enhancements Monday to Friday 19:00 to 23:00 and 30% enhancements from 19:00 to 23:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group. The role is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
