You will assess up to a maximum of four to six customers per day.

You will pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) who will make a decision on support for the customer.

You will assess a benefit called Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance managed by DWP.

You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities and communication difficulties.

You will help identify triggers and barriers to learning, as well as implementing your knowledge of psychological theory and apply it in the classroom.

You will ensure the delivery of high quality assessments, plans and interventions that safeguard children and promote their wellbeing, independence and development.

You will champion these by being: • A consistent and reliable point of contact • A good listener who is honest, approachable and focused

You will need a DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £63.70 for a new DBS if you do not have one for us to be able to place you in a school.
