You will be joining an established support team who have worked with the families for a while. Our families all have diffent levels of support needed some of which could be challenging. You would be required to work with families during the busy morning routine in term time, 7.00am - 9.00am and ad hoc hours during school holidays.

You will be responsible for supervising care delivery, ensuring safety, and supporting service users to lead as ordinary a life as possible. Flexibility is key as shifts include weekends, bank holidays, and potential sleep-ins.
