You will provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities, helping them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing and safety.

You will encourage engagement, deliver structured support plans, and help create a nurturing environment where service users feel valued and respected.

You will be able to engage the residents through praise, direction and calmness and have the ability to work with initiative, resourcefulness and passion in order to provide support as part of a motivated team. Ideally you will have experience in a support worker setting and hold, or are working towards, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

You will liaise with customers to understand project requirements, produce complex technical bids and proposals, scopes of work and communicate across multiple departments internally to assist in the completion of high level, bespoke projects for customers within defence, m&e, manufacturing, construction and more.

You will work with them, their families and other agencies to meet their assessed needs and support them to achieve their potential. Include assessment, planning and interventions with Children in Need, Children Looked After and Children in need of Protection, as well as young people preparing for adulthood.
