You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts We offer the flexibility of either a zero-hour contract or contracted hours, whichever suits your lifestyle the most.

Provides personal care, medication support, and companionship to clients in a retirement village, promoting a healthy and safe environment.

You must have a current Social Work England registration and have successfully completed your ASYE in a statutory children social care setting.

You will also be able to demonstrate strong assessment and analytical skills.
