You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will play a key role in supporting inspection readiness and driving improvements that make a real difference.

You will report to the Programme Manager for this service, and will be accountable for a variety of project related activities, supporting strategic projects delivering transformative change across multiple service areas.

You will be supportingthe needs of Service Users and working in line with individual care plans.

You will need to maintain records and produce concise and accurate reports while on shift. Essential Requirements: 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.

You will be supported by the management team.

You will be a key member within the team and the person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of the team on its F1 and Advanced Engineering projects. The role is based 100% on site in Brixworth and will be responsible for factory based F1 track support.
