You will work alongside these professionals to complete holistic mental health assessments, observations and direct intervention work in both a home, school and respite setting, which includes offering advocacy and signposting to other services.

You will also support the transitions between services for children and young people who have a learning disability.

You will provide personal care, administer medication, conduct security checks, and assist with domestic tasks. With your kind and compassionate heart, you will create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.

You will be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers)Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeingComply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others

You must have a full UK drivers license & be comfortable driving the person we supports vehicle. We're seeking compassionate, reliable male support workers in Lincoln with experience in Severe Learning Disabilities and Autism.
