Disability Support jobs in Norfolk

You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and personality disorders. Challenging behaviours will be present within this role.

You will assist individuals in a 24/7 disability support setting, promoting wellbeing through engaging activities and Positive Behaviour Support methods. The role offers both full-time and part-time flexible shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave and retail discounts.

You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work. This will be fully funded by Break and you will be supported by our training team.
