DOMICILIARY CARE WORKERS' DUTIES:To provide personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities from door to doorTo assist Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygieneTo assist clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.

You will be committed to a recovery based approach promoting social inclusion.

You will be enthusiastic about making links with colleagues as well as other agencies and have an interest in talking to groups of people about psychosis.

You will work closely with patients to maintain a calm and safe environment, using de‐escalation techniques and creative, meaningful activities to support emotional wellbeing and reduce distress.

You will provide compassionate care, maintain patient assessments, records and documentation adhering to Trust policies and procedures and practice area specific competencies to an agreed quality standard.
