You will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, setting bespoke configurations for new customers and supporting existing customers with any changes. No two days are the same!

You will utilise your problem-solving skills, attention to detail and your ability to multitask.

You will receive £10.00 per shift, when on standby rota basis. - For each call out you will receive £20.00 call out charge. - Any hours worked on call out, you will receive £31.19ph. - Training: Monthly Courses for a variety of areas. - Benefits: Additional holiday purchasing scheme*, Retail discounts with Circular Benefits*, Retail Trust Wellbeing Support*, and more.

You will be doing around 5 jobs per day. Do you want to make some extra money?

You will have access to your schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. You'll also be provided with continuous training to maintain and develop your skills.

You must have held your licence for 1 year and have less that 6 points.

You will be expected to take the lead on accounts, acting as the key point of contact for clients, forming strong relationships, meeting deadlines, providing consultancy and knowledge of the news agenda which you are creating content for.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the independent on-trade (IFT) sector.

You should be a self-starter, capable of working independently, and possess a keen eye for detail.
