You will lead their efforts to support industrial distributors across the region, ensuring their products are readily available to customers. This role involves managing the distribution team to drive business development with both new and existing regional distributors and subsidiaries.

You will work directly with distributor Account Managers as your primary buyer and partner—helping them understand value, overcome objections, and close business with their end customers. What you’ll be doing: Channel Sales & Revenue - Own the full sales cycle for opportunities sold through hardware distributors

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory, developing relationships with end customers, consultants, integrators, and channel partners within the data centre ecosystem. The role blends strategic account development with hands-on opportunity management, selling integrated infrastructure solutions across power, cooling, cabinets, and monitoring.

You will support and nurture the Stores and Logistics department by ensuring accurate stock control of all goods entering and leaving the stores.

You must have food or beverage experience with a strong understanding of Grocery, High Street or Discount/Value Retail.

You will full responsibility for the growth of your customers and a keen eye for growth.

You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations within the Grocery, High Street or Discount/Value Retail sector.

You will be expected to find new customers, find new sales channels, develop existing accounts and implement overall team objectives.

You will be a dynamic achiever, a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will be expected to be present on site for critical design reviews, construction interfaces and commissioning stages.

You will sit at the critical interface between development, design, construction and commissioning, providing clear technical leadership and ensuring seamless integration across all project phases.
