You will lead their efforts to support industrial distributors across the region, ensuring their products are readily available to customers. This role involves managing the distribution team to drive business development with both new and existing regional distributors and subsidiaries.

You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will be instrumental in growing the electrical design capability within an engineering consultancy that champions innovative, low-carbon building services. This is an opportunity to shape electrical strategy, influence design outcomes and mentor the next generation of engineers while working across exciting and varied projects.

You will tackle technical challenges that bridge software engineering with real-world manufacturing processes.
