You will lead their efforts to support industrial distributors across the region, ensuring their products are readily available to customers. This role involves managing the distribution team to drive business development with both new and existing regional distributors and subsidiaries.

You will work closely with other multi-disciplinary teams supporting the FEED design and detailed design for the civil aspects of Energy projects.

You will ideally be qualified with a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), from an accredited institution on route to professional registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and ICE is preferred.

You will be working in our NetZero business in a senior position within our HV electrical engineering team.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight to the engineering teams.

You will have a proven track record of working effectively as part of a project team.

You will report directly into the Divisional Manager and take responsibility for managing a small design team, including an Assistant Designer.

You will lead the delivery of complex UK power transmission and distribution design projects, acting as Project Manager and/or Design Manager depending on project scope.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex cable system projects, drive client engagement, and contribute to the development of future-ready energy infrastructure.
