You will work directly with distributor Account Managers as your primary buyer and partner—helping them understand value, overcome objections, and close business with their end customers. You will lead their efforts to support industrial distributors across the region, ensuring their products are readily available to customers. This role involves managing the distribution team to drive business development with both new and existing regional distributors and subsidiaries.

You will work closely with other multi-disciplinary teams supporting the FEED design and detailed design for the civil aspects of Energy projects.

You will ideally be qualified with a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), from an accredited institution on route to professional registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and ICE is preferred.
