distribution shift manager jobs in Tamworth

You will report to the Distribution Director Europe, based in Cambrai (France).

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru. You'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management

You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area

You will lead by example and drive high performance through great communication, teamwork and building strong working relationships.

You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively, as well as developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability.
