You will be an experienced and passionate Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England.

You will have senior leadership experience and a strong commitment to delivering our CQC improvement plan, ensuring that adult social care maintains its "Good" CQC rating while further embedding the Target Operating Model.

You will bring substantial post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a deep understanding of assessment, planning and intervention to ensure that children and their families receive needs-led, tailored support.

You will take direct responsibility for Occupational Therapists and Student Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to help them thrive.
