You will be a key part in driving company growth and will work with the sales team to ensure that company accounts are looked after. This role will be new business heavy as the company look to expand further in 2026 and increase turnover and develop more large accounts.

You will manage your own diary and will be based from home, travelling to customer sites UK wide when required.

You will provide professional Social Work services to Adults across Adult Operations and/or Mental Health Services as required.

You will promote customers in maintaining choice and control of their lives.

You will chair a range of meetings, offer expert support to case conferences, and produce high-quality assessments and reports.

You will be part of a specialist, supportive team of around 14 professionals covering trees, biodiversity, landscape and conservation and design, working together to protect and enhance the districts natural environment.

You will be expected to work reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the service.

You will be employed by Publica Group Ltd which was created by four partner Councils (West Oxfordshire District Council, Cotswold District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council and Forest of Dean District Council) to deliver more efficient and improved services.

You will be working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to grow sales and enhance brand visibility. Heat Network experience is essential.
