You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance function (including planned, strategic (Lifecycle) and reactive), to ensure high levels of safety, plant availability, performance, and reliability within approved budgets. What are we looking for?

You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for Transformation Projects, working out of our clients' Yeovil site.

You will help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

You will work closely with Campaign Managers to develop bid strategies, setting out win themes and aligning the proposal with the client's operational and commercial goals.
