You will be making a leading contribution to the EU Horizon project “ACMod: Affective computing model from facial expression to mind-reading.

You will also work alternative weekends (1 day for part-time, 2-day full-time).

You must be prepared to work across the service area for this contract as we cover hospital discharge for the whole district, walking runs will have visits close together but you may need to travel to the core area of work and we cannot guarantee work in your immediate vicinity.

You will be responsible for attending to patients who wish to be seen by a health care professional within the Patients Home, providing high quality evidence-based nursing services to the population of Shore Medical. Provides support to other members of the primary health care team and contributes towards the co-ordination of team activities and the development of the Practice as a whole.
