You will work with Support Services Officers within one of the new area Tenancy and Support Services Teams on a 12 week contract.

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent, customer focused generic housing management service for residents.

You will also support the Tenancy and Support Services Manager and the Tenancy and Support Team Leader.

You will ensure all systems are fully operational, compliant, and safe, while maintaining the highest professional standards and delivering excellent customer service.
