You will need to competent in the use of AutoCAD and Hydraulic modelling - preferably MicroDrainage and/or Civils 3D and have a working knowledge of the CDM Regulations. An awareness of BIM and digital design processes would also be beneficial.

You will support a diverse mix of residential and non-residential projects, helping to deliver high quality flood risk and drainage solutions from early planning stages through to detailed design.

You will contribute technical input to site layouts and masterplans, ensuring that drainage and flood risk considerations are integrated into the design process.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.
