You will be joining our expanding Buildings Technology Services team, as a Smart Building technical specialist, with accountability for the Smart Building design, project management and delivery of projects from inception through to handover to the client.

You will have guidance and management from the Technical Director in London with autonomy to deliver, win work and build a Water consultancy team.

You will work across multiple consenting regimes, including Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Town and Country Planning applications.
