Dynamics CRM Manager jobs in Brent

You will lead both onshore and offshore testing teams, while working closely with implementation partners across SaaS platforms to validate configurations, manage quality risks, and ensure end-to-end solutions meet both business and technical expectations. What you will be doing:

You will ideally bring:Working knowledge of CRM systems and confidence using computer-based programmes. Strong written and spoken English skills. Experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, retail, student accommodation or similar environments. A resident-focused mindset, with the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy setting.

You will utilize your sales and communication skills to engage with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship!
