You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, managing job flow, and acting as a central point of contact between operatives, clients, and residents. The Role:As a Senior Maintenance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of responsive and planned maintenance works, ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from start to finish and KPIs are consistently met.

You will be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision. Youllhave a good working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and will hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
