You will be certified / licensed as an Early Years Educator / Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and will have working experience in this field for at least 1 year (preferred). We are looking for our new team members to have: - Sound understanding of the EYFS and an ability to fully implement all its requirements.

You will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social and educational development of children in the early years setting. Key Responsibilities: - Work as an Early Years Practitioner within the EYFS team to support children's learning and development - Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.
