You will play a key role in providing consistent care, encouragement and support, working closely with children and staff to create a positive, inclusive early years environment where every child can thrive. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation. What we’re looking for:

You will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. Deliver an expert knowledge of the EYFS framework. Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
