You will assist the Manager in maintaining the back-end e-commerce platform, by playing an important part in the success of the website.

You will both publish and maintain web products, optimising online customer journey and conversion rates.

You will maintain, review and create strong customer-centric stories that drive brand engagement.

You will be responsible for the CRM system, email marketing campaigns, website management, and have experience of using a variety of software platforms. The ideal person will be proactive, be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, strong communication skills and be able to provide marketing support to the relevant teams.
