You will collaborate with clients within the Consumer Products industry undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles.

You will provide second-line leadership for a small, international in-field team, ensuring strong development and accountability.

You will define and deliver marketing strategies for established brands while preparing for upcoming launches, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, customer insights, and field activity.

You will be targeting whoever has the design authority within these markets across the defined geography such as Design Engineers, Prototype Engineers, and Manufacturing Directors. Typically you will work with either the end user brand or their tier 1 OEM partners to ensure your solutions are designed in, approved, and taking the sales through to a production purchase order.
