You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to meet pupils’ individual educational, emotional, and physical needs. This position is ideal for experienced SEN support staff or individuals with backgrounds in care, health, or support work who are looking to move into education.

You will also receive personalised career support from the team.

You will be training to deliver MPACT and will be supported to deliver a range of group and 1-2-1 support.

You will be working within a wider team to offer service users various methods of support to aid their recovery which may include structured treatments/recovery plans, advice around harm reduction methods, group & 1-2-1 support services and meetings, interventions & other techniques.

You will be working in small, nurturing residential homes supporting children and young people aged 8–17 years who may present with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, challenging behaviours, or complex backgrounds.

You must be able to assess service users needs in order to plan and deliver effective and engaging support. - Youll have strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbally.

You must be flexible to work weekends on a rota basis. You may on occasion be required to travel so access to a vehicle is desirable.

You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at promoting mental well-being and independence among our service users.

You must be friendly and well-organised with an excellent work ethic.

You will provide face to face support to people living with mental illness to aid their recovery and tenancy management.
