You must be able to travel to and from college. After completing your first year at college, you will be required to work a shift pattern that includes night shifts.

You will progress through a Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering over a 4-year programme. Your time will be divided between attending college and gaining real life workplace experience.

You will work closely with project teams, designers and stakeholders, influencing decisions that directly impact successful project delivery. What you will be doing - coordinate the design process across multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, giving you real influence over technical and commercial outcomes

You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.
