You will nurture children's development and ensure a safe learning environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and possess a robust understanding of child development and safeguarding. You must have registration as an EMHP or have an in-progress application for registration as an EMHP with BABCP or BPS.

You will be empowered to shape and build the service with further education settings in Oldham.

You will help build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and the wider network.

You will be paid for both your working hours and time spent completing apprenticeship training - This vacancy may close early if a suitable candidate is found - Shortlisted applicants will have an initial screening call, followed by an in-person interview

You will act as key link between schools, social workers and other professionals offering advice, guidance and challenge to promote effective inclusive practice.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and understanding customer needs to help them find solutions that ensure their success with our software. This is an outbound sales role, focused on engaging with both existing and potential customers to expand our market presence.

You must have registration as an EMHP. This will be verified at interview and during pre-employment checks. Helping children and young people within these settings who present with more severe problems to rapidly access more specialist services. Supporting and facilitating staff in Education Settings to identify, and where appropriate, manage issues related to mental health and wellbeing.

You will contribute to a high-performance team culture, ensuring processes are followed to maintain a strong foundation for success.

You will ensure that the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.

You will utilise your skills to reach your goals by being proactive and strategic.
