You will play a key role in preparing the home for opening, including recruitment, systems implementation, regulatory readiness and culture-building, before transitioning into full operational management post-opening.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery.

You will have previous experience of caring for the elderly and be able to verbally communicate in the English language with the client group.

You will be registered with the NI Social Care Council (NISCC) or be prepared to register at the time of offer, to carry out this role.
