You will have the opportunity to develop and manage this lovely, small nursing and residential care home with so much potential

You will be supported by a stable and excellent team including a deputy manager and team of committed carers and nurses

You should be skilled in team leadership, managing clinical and operational priorities, and carrying out risk assessments. Requirements include: - Previous management experience in a care home setting - Qualification such as Level 4 Registered Manager Award or Level 4/5 Leadership & Management in Care (or willingness to work towards one)

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting. The role is also ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager looking for the next step in their career.

You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.

You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours.
