You will take over from a long-standing Home Manager who is progressing within the wider group, ensuring a structured handover and continuity of culture. This is not a turnaround role - you will inherit a stable, high-performing service and be given the autonomy and backing to further enhance clinical excellence, innovation and team engagement.

You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. You will already have experience in the social care sector (Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Senior Care Assistant) but your values are most important to us.
