You will receive a warm welcome into the Apex family on joining us as a Assistant Night Manager in Edinburgh.

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, show initiative and be a strong team player.

You will have a good knowledge of health and safety and security procedures.

You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas.

You will provide excellent customer service and report to the Catering Manager on site.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years.

You will follow individual care plans, promote dignity and independence, and help create a positive, person-centred environment from the very beginning. Whether it is helping someone start their day, assisting with a favourite activity, or simply sharing a moment of conversation, you will be making a real difference every day.

You will provide administrative and editorial support for the academic journal Critical African Studies, working closely with the editorial team within established processes and procedures in the day-to-day administration of the journal, including coordinating workflow for journal issues and assisting with the management of other journal projects.
