You will work on one of the most exciting and significant sustainable energy projects that our country has ever seen, being at the forefront of the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy.

You will work across teams and resolve issues as requested.

You will have, five GCSEs in the 9 to 4 range including English and Maths.

You will gain on-the job experience, starting with shadowing your mentor and other Engineers, progressing to performing tasks under supervision, then alongside qualified Engineers where your work will be checked and signed off.

You must be available to attend assessment centre between 22nd March – 10th April 2026 .

You will act as the site's electrical authority, ensuring compliance, driving improvement initiatives, and supporting the development of engineering capability across the site. Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical reliability, compliance, and improvement programmes across site assets.

You will have an NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering or equivalent and demonstrable workplace experience alongside proof of multi‐skilled qualification / conversion training and demonstrable experience. HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline would be advantageous.

You will be comfortable working alone or as part of a small team.
