You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.

You will be part of a dynamic engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Lead and working closely with the shift performance manager to ensure the smooth running of the site. This role operates on a "Panama 2" / 2-2-3 shift pattern, a 28-day rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts.

You will be the guardian of the cultural principles within the team. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for small Capex Projects (<£k) and a project member of Site Projects if applicable. Job Responsibilities  Facilitate the compilation of Standard Work Documentation for Technicians and Standard Work Isolation Procedures for plant and equipment.

You will be working a 3 week rotating roster as detailed below: Mon–Fri: Earlies 06:00–14:00 (Sat overtime available on Early shift)
