You will support the design, development, testing, and modification of electronic systems across multiple projects. Our client is looking for someone that is skilled at under-the-microscope soldering and they need someone who can do the board build/rework/repair of PCBs with tiny components.

You will be working shifts in a small, friendly and competent team, where you will carry out repairs and maintenance in a creative environment across our 3 theatres, in office locations and at our workshops. The shift pattern is: 4 days on, 4 days off, working alternate 4-day shifts of 12:00 to-23:00, and 07:30 to 18:30, 35 hours per week average.

You will also manage a team of skilled Maintenance Engineers, providing hands-on support and expert guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and client expectations. This is a mobile/hybrid based opportunity, ideally based out of Warwickshire - with expected travel across Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire and South Wales.

You will be responsible for carrying out modifications and installations when required, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.

You will provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.

You will be engaged with one of our clients, where your duties will include carrying out routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates, along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required. What you'll need to succeed
