You will support the production of layouts, calculations, and technical documentation, coordinate with other disciplines, and contribute to projects from concept through to construction handover. This role would suit a technically motivated junior engineer with some MEP experience, looking to develop their skills and gain broader exposure to building services projects.

You will play a key role in producing high-quality electrical designs, working closely with mechanical engineers, BIM technicians, and project teams to deliver coordinated, compliant, and efficient solutions. From early concept design through to detailed design and construction support, you will contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle.

You will support by drafting technical specifications and requests for quotations from OEMs and contractor partners. Your role involves the overseeing of project engineering activities to ensure the area you are responsible for is completed on time and to budget, safely and to the designed standard.

You should also have excellent time management, problem solving and analytical abilities.

You must be an apprentice-trained Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering. Have experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in PLC fault finding and electrical diagnostics. A proactive, problem-solving approach to engineering challenges.
