You will liaise with technical staff, DNOs, iDNOs, and subcontractors while monitoring project performance, costs, and compliance. Working closely with Delivery Managers, you will be accountable for client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality, compliant electrical designs, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions.

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on H&S and Occupational Health matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

You will also be responsible for developing policies, driving improvement projects, and delivering training programs that enhance safety awareness and operational excellence.
