You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification, while protecting contractual and commercial interests. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and supporting project teams Managing contracts from handover to completion and final payment

You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 6–10 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and handover.
