You will be required to assist in the provision of material, welding, heat treatment and NDT advice and procedures to our operational sites in the UK and overseas; to assist with the review of internal and external welding related documentation; maintain strong client working relationships and develop working relationships with site personnel.

You will be required to hold a Level 3 City & Guilds 2339 (or equivalent qualification deemed to be at the same level) in order to apply.

You should have an analytical mind, with a methodical approach to problem solving, the ability to present information in a clear and reasoned way and be able to confidently deal with customers including Architects, Developers and Businesses.

You must have gained your experience within a heavy engineering, manufacturing or process oriented environment, be apprentice trained and qualified ideally to an HND standard Electrically. It is also crucial to the role that you have a proven background in leading a team of maintenance professionals and undertaking plant related projects.

You will be responsible for following up with customers after orders are delivered, maintaining regular contact at 1, 3, 6, and 9-month intervals, and providing feedback to help the business grow.

You will also work closely with the Sales and Quotation teams to ensure all customer requirements are met.
